This is the recipe that comes printed on the can of oatmeal. I love it and use it all of the time. I believe that the original recipe is for oatmeal raisin cookies, but we add chocolate chips instead. It is important to remember to add flour for high altitudes or your cookies will turn out flat.
I make this dough and bake a cookie sheet full and then refrigerate the extra dough, so we can easily make warm cookies when ever we want them.
Much cheaper and better than store bought cookie dough!
